I'm confused. It's been two weeks since I gave Uncle Sam his allowance -- and he's still complaining about being broke? Somebody obviously missed Miss Turner's business accounting class.

I know Donna! I told him not to spend money on silly things, but he insists on getting those $500 toilet seats.
